Very eclectic and fun! Staff are professional but fun and chit-chatty. I enjoy an exciting environment with lots of things to look at and talk about. Having a quick joke or two with the wait staff was also a bonus. Food portions are slightly on the small side (appetizers especially) but quality is top-notch.
Pub and sitting area small but there is an entire outdoor area next to the Nene River which is beautiful. Picnic benches and smoker stations available.
Price is higher than I’d expect for the portion size we got. Also, was unable to get a vodka martini as the limit they had was dedicated to their specialty (and sugary) drinks.
Call ahead and make reservations as this places fills quickly!

Lovely place, fantastic food and friendly staff
Very impressed. Very good quality food, prompt professional service. We sat outside near swans and the water. Great menu to cater for all tastes. The scallops were super. This is more than pub grub, and hard to find often.
Cosy environment with an excellent, friendly service. Serving great quality food at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend
