ordered a pair of boots, arrived in different sizes, 43 and 44. they refuse to exchange or refund, horrible customer service. STAY AWAY
Ordered never arrived Not interested it resolving the issue. Phone goes straight to answering machine . After I thought my money was long gone company refunded me in full. I believe they had to wait a certain amount of time in order for them to be able to claim back their own expense through royal mail. Cheers guys.
NOT A GOOD NEIGHBOUR!
They may provide an excellent customer service but as far as their neighbours are concerned it's a case of "not bothered"
Perhaps the Directors will be a little more concerned when people visit their home late at night to urinate against their front door!
We want businesses to prosper in Bridlington but not at the expense of pissing-off the neighbours with their "we will do what we want" attitude!

What a gem of a shop, hidden away in Bridlington. Love the space, great progressive collection of brilliant brands from British classics like Fred Perry to Japanese denim genius Edwin and never out of style Red Wing. Place is run by properly informed owners and staff who are generous with their time. Check out the shop or if a trip to the seaside is not easy visit their site and find a treasure.
