Great new interior with the original character, great food and drink. Really enjoyed it. A little pricier than others in walking distance but worth it id say. Definitely give it a go.

Amazing facelift on old pub. Good varied menu and freshly cooked food. Proper hand stretched pizzas which were so big, had to take some home! Good friendly service and cleaned tables straightaway after guests left. Tiny cubicles in Ladies toilets, pity a disabled toilet wasnt thought of in their refit as only last year - thought it was required nowadays. Toilets

Place is nice staff are friendly but weirdly will only cook your steak medium.

Visited here 3 weeks ago, everything was perfect - brilliant coffee, large portions, wonderful waitresses' - spent around 4 hours in here!
