Came down for lunch last week when the help to eat scheme was on and the service was excellent. Even though the pub was busy every member of staff was accommodating and friendly. the atmosphere was also brilliant and the cleanliness of the pub was excellent. Toilet sheets was up to date and saw staff cleaning them regularly. Everything was clearly explained before entering the pub, making are time pleasurable. A massive thank you to Kieron who was our waiter who has served us multiple times before lock down.

Can’t wait for the ock and dough to open! my new local for both drinks and food. The atmosphere is outstanding and feels so safe with the staff enforcing and explaining the rules. Food is amazing and can’t wait to go back for my usual dinner. Will definitely be booking a table, and see the welcoming staff. Would definitely recommend you won’t be disappointed!

I visited on Wednesday night for dinner with my family. On arrival we were greeted and seated at our table after being told the new rules. We were served by Zach at the bar who was very polite, and our drinks were brought very quickly. We didn't have a long wait for food, the sizzling plate arrived sizzling and my steak was cooked just right. Hannah checked that we were happy with our food and brought us condiments as well as clearing our plates away quickly. I was very please with our visit and I'm sure we will return soon enough.

We had a very pleasant evening. We were greeted by the lovely Sophie who showed us around and Hannah helped us to use our phones to order to keep us from having to queue at the tills, she was very patient with us. A younger girl, I think Kate? brought our food and condiments. Our meals were delicious and very good value as well.

Would 100% recommend the Ock n Dough. The food is outstanding I had one of the big plate specials on a Saturday It was great value for money and delicious. The service was amazing and the manager was extremely helpful and made the whole experience feel very safe. I will be going back and have become a regular, and feel very comfortable from all the welcoming staff.
