Choose a quiet time and this place can be excellent, punching well above its weight in terms of value and quality of food AND having staff that deliver on many fronts. I'll name check Trish and Dave, one of the cooks, only because my memory is so shocking. In truth they all deserve a mention. In trying times this place comes highly recommended. We HAVE been back and we WILL be back...so long as we don't enter Tier 3!

We just had a meal here 11 Oct 2020. NEVER AGAIN!!. CARVERY Beef was inedible, side order of Topped chips were COLD. Food ordering was a farce, I understand they have changed procedures due to vivid, but honestly!, what a mess. Also I had a starter of Crispy Garlic mushrooms. Well it's a good thing I have strong teeth. Hard as pebbles. The only good thing was the Sweet Chilli Salmon, Amazing. Best thing out of the four meals we shared, myself and three others, Three others had Carvery, and wished they hadn't. Will not go again. Very disappointed.

Lovely food and lovely staff. I booked a table for six for a birthday meal and the staff were so helpful because we had a pram and one of our party has a milk intolerance, they accomadated our needs with no fuss. Lovely atmosphere and a great afternoon had by all. Thank you so much 😊

We arrived at the door and was greeted by the lovely staff members at the door. She noticed we had our 10 week old baby and gave us an alternative entrance into the building due to the stairs at the front of restaurant. We sat down and felt comfortable to be in public for the first time. With their one way system and special measures in place it was really nice to feel comfortable bringing my 10 week old son to their facility. Our mains arrived, they were amazing and thoroughly enjoyed ours. Because I was attending my son the lovely member of staff at the door asked to take my food and keep it warm. I thought that was a lovely gesture. It was really nice speaking to the staff and it gave reassurance that we had chosen the perfect place to dine that night. So to all the staff thank you for your kindness as well as professionalism. Hope to see you soon
