First time visiting this TGIs since it's been built. The atmosphere was really good and the staff were very good with ensuring social distancing was in place. The food and drinks were excellent. We ordered off of the festive menu and I wanted to have something changed on one of the dishes when we got there which the staff were happy to do for me. Unfortunately I have had to drop a star due to a voucher (for a free cocktail on my birthday). I informed the server I had the voucher when we were seated. When I asked whether the cocktail I wanted was covered with the voucher, the server went to find out and it wasn't, so I ordered something from the selection it did cover. Come to the end of the meal when we were paying and I was told the voucher couldn't be applied because it wouldn't work with the festive menu we chose. I wouldn't have minded this but the server spoke about the festive menu and the free cocktail voucher before I ordered any drinks. The server also told me not to activate the voucher until the end because otherwise it would expire before the end. This now means that I wasted the voucher that was valid until 13th January. When they told me it couldn't be used, they didn't even try to compensate for it.

Excellent food the whole family enjoyed it! Staff were pleasant, polite and the food came all at the same time hot and tasty. The pudding was nice but didn't represent value for money.

Very well set out for the current climate. Staff all really friendly and helpful and all wearing face coverings. Wheelchair accessible. Food was served in a timely manner and was fresh and hot. The ultimate ribs were so tender and the garlic chicken with garlic chips was amazing.

Nice food and made to feel very safe with our team member, however other members of staff leaning over with no marks when our staff member said they would not do that... Also a little strange having to have the manager come over for a intolerance menu. Made my friend feel very very stupid considering she just can't drink a pint of milk (which we did explain) OK but maybe no visit again for now...

We have been doing click and collect throughout Covid and the food is always great, everything is fresh and the fries are still crispy when we get them home! Gutted they aren’t doing click and collect in lockdown 2. We have also eaten in the restaurant before Covid and the food was always great and the service was brilliant. Would recommend and definitely will be going again when we can!
