5 stars does not do Memorials of Distinction justice. Right from the moment of enquiring for a brochure through to the memorial being fixed into place, their dedicated team could not be more helpful. There is no pressure from any of the sales team. Everything is taken at your own pace when you are ready. Nothing is too much trouble making you feel at ease asking anything regarding the memorial. Their craftsmanship is second to none and they have handled everything for us causing as little distress as possible with such a sensitive matter. I cannot recommend Memorials of Distinction enough.

I was recommended to Memorial of Distinction by my late wife niece and throughout a very sensitive time in my life I found them to be exceptional. They were sensitive to my needs and kept me informed at all times, the workmanship was outstanding, and the attention to detail was second to none. I have never had experience of arranging a memorial, for anyone before. When my mum, passed away I knew I wanted something really special, just like my Mum, to remember all those thousands of loving memories. I had no idea where to start. I started searching and Memorials of Distinction Luton, popped up. The one Most outstanding service they provide that other company's do not, is a member of the team will visit you in the comfort of your own home to discuss your ideas. I found it emotionally hard trying to design a lasting memorial for my precious Mum, however being in my home environment made it easier than sitting in a office, crying that I don’t know. Natalie, who visited me was brilliant and guided me on all the different ideas, most importantly There was no hard pressure sale, there was no rush to make a final decision. Once a design has been made, the team email over proofs for approval. Payment are made in 3 different stages, so this helped with budgets. When the memorial was completed I received a email advising me it was all in place at the cemetery. I went to see Mum’s memorial, wow oh wow, what an incredible job, it is beautiful, just like my precious Mum. I broke down in tears as it was so amazing, the attention to detail Is 100% first class. In this day and age it is hard to find company’s in any trades, who have compassion and cares about the end product for there customer. This company certainly does. Natalie who visited me at home, and guided me through the whole process from start to finish Is a pure credit to your company. Caring & compassionate young lady, with a big heart. I wanted to thank Memorials of Distinction for providing a very efficient, professional and friendly service which was also extremely quick. My Mother & Father's memorial was booked and then the lockdown occurred and even through this the Headstone was still erected the company strived to get any outstanding orders finalised before everything shut - your crew also kindly took photographs of the memorial so we could see it or though could not visit at that time and this little extra touch made a huge difference. The memorial is just as ordered and a fitting tribute to my parents.
