We stayed here whilst cycling the Way of the Roses. It was no problem to store our bikes in the hall, which is a great offer. Tea and scones on arrival was a lovely touch, nothing was too much trouble. Comfy bed, spotlessly clean, great views and very peaceful. A fantastic cooked breakfast set us up for the days riding. We would definitely recommend Lindon guest house and would certainly return. Superb!

Extremely comfortable and very friendly and accommodating hosts. Very conveniently located, we were able to walk a 9 mile circuit of the Dale from the house. Super quality breakfast. One observation is that the room we stayed in was comfortable but we found it a little on the small side for a double, nevertheless we would return

Our 3rd stay in this delightful family run guest house. Riina is an excellent hostess, and we are always made to feel most welcome. All the meals served (breakfast & evening) are excellent due to Ian's brilliant culinary skills. We will be back to stay with you another year. Thanks Ian & Riina.

We ate here last night and it is one of the best meals we have ever had! The restaurant was recommended by the owners of our campsite and they joined us for the meal. We were warmly greeted by Riina and offered a drink. Dinner, a 2 course set menu, was served at 7.30pm in the lovely dining room with its local pictures and views out over the countryside. The food was beautifully presented and portions were generous (which was very satisfying for these hungry diners!!). The pork was soft and juicy, potatoes and vegetable selection were perfectly cooked, and the sauce was delicious. Dessert was the lightest sticky toffee pudding you could imagine served with butterscotch sauce, custard (or cream or ice cream) and a garnish. We enjoyed every mouthful and cleared our plates. Afterwards we had coffee and home made truffles while relaxing in the comfortable lounge. Riina and Ian (the chef) made us feel very welcome and it was a great evening. We would definitely recommend eating here (and staying overnight too if you are looking for acccomodation). Thank you.
