The staff here are incredible, the food is home made and fabulous. The cakes are to die for... Quite literally as I'm allergic to Coco solid and there are always chocolate cakes. I have lactose and gluten intolerance and they cater for me with no problem. Oh yes... And the coffee is incredible! The decor is relaxing natural wood and concrete with an industrial twist. It's modern, but emotionally comfortable. The Elephant lounge has great views and a bar that serves great bears on draught. They also have a smaller cafe in the heart of neston village, at the moment it is locked up due to the Corona virus pandemic and seems to be taking advantage by doing a little refurbishment. The owner of the elephant lounge also has the elephant bank. The setup here is really very pleasant and once again the coffee, beer and gluten free pizza are all excellent!

Normally this cafe is very good today was not one of these. Service was slow I think they forgot us then we had two specials sausage and bacon bap but no sausage and no explanation. I know they can do better. The coffee was excellent.

Cannot fault the service or quality of food or drink on offer. The bit that really upset me was there was no social distancing at all. No staff tried to correct the fact that the queue was massively crowded inside and people were within 2 foot of each other. Masks were optional according to the sign on the door and the track and trace qr code only seemed like it was there for legal reasons. My advise is under current scenario only go when quiet!

Our favourite independent coffee shop! A 'must-visit' place. The best coffee, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Highly recommend the campers hot chocolate 🍫
