Shown to our seat and waitress asked if we were ok to order as on line ordering was the only option available to order food.
Scanner QR code and placed our order and paid via card. 30 minutes later we asked the waitress if any sign of food ?
Informed the order had not been placed at this branch but placed at another one. She said it happens regularly and she would call the other branch and get us a refund but please order again on line. No real apology we left the restaurant after we were told to call in a few days to see if the refund was being dealt with. Never again !!!!
Had a lovely breakfast here with friends, all meals very much enjoyed. Service a tiny bit slow but not a big issue. Staff all friendly and polite and enforcing social distancing and hand hygiene. Would definitely return.
Had a lovely meal here tonight. Well social distanced and tasty gluten free food. It's one of my favourite restaurants on the Wirral!
Have been a few times before but first time with my puppy. Hand sanitiser available on entry, given a table well apart from other people. Staff very friendly and efficient food was very good too. My puppy enjoyed his visit too.
Great food and drink. Efficient ordering from your table to avoid queuing at the bar. Great friendly service. COVID safe.
