Where to start..I naively believed that even if we book a hotel rated this bad, at the end of the day it will just be a very basic room (which we'd be fine with), with a basic but fuctioning bathroom. Well, I was very wrong. It started with check-in issues, when our room code didn't work. Had to go to the reception five times (!) to get this sorted. It wasn't the code that wasn't working. it was the lock. Instead of the twin room we booked they offered us 2 super small single rooms (with no bathroom) believing it wouldn't make such a difference. The other option was another twin room, but the light in the bathroom didn't work (they knew about it, yes, but apparently didn't plan to do anything about it). We went for the second option as we - surprisingly - wanted to be in the same room. However, the light in the bathroom wasn't the only problem with this room. It was messy (nobody vacuum-cleaned it), the beds were squeaky and uncomfortable, took us about 5 mins to get hot water (the tap was broken as well). The furniture in the room was either broken or very used. Of course don't expect any basics like a bin in the room, toilet brush, or God forgive - toileteries. And as an extra the room was noisy as there was an outside screening in the adjacent Plantation garden, running from 9pm to 11pm. Overall - the total score of this 'hotel' is very accurate and we would never return. No idea how they manage to stay open.

Disgracefully called a hotel. We drove past thinking it was a homeless shelter. We got there, no sign of anyone to collect key from. Called them, still awaiting reply. The place should be condemned. Booked a room for a family and we had two single beds. Bathroom was filthy, blood stains over sink, floor full of holes, whole place smelled foul. Receptionist at other location was unhelpful and rather rude. Avoid like the plague. The windows are all whitewashed and coded keys, we thought this was so prostitutes could come and go - literally!!!!!

Very handy near the bus station and close to the city centre. It's now being renovated and modernised and has a reception now. Rooms are only small but ideal for a traveler. The receptionist was very helpful and the price very good.

DO NOT STAY HERE! REPEAT, DO NOT STAY HERE!! This is a dangerous and should not be called a hotel. It is a hostel. It's place full of men, so it's especially important not to stay as a single female. They do not change the door codes, in spite of saying they do, so anyone could walk into your room. Please, do NOT stay here even if you have booked, pay for somewhere else. Really.
