Stayed in one of the apartments, absolutely awful stay, Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Water in the bath or shower wouldn’t drain away, no privacy within or around the area. Staff always out there face drunk! Tv doesn’t work no heating either! Staff not behaving in good manner. You go to the reception and report things and they don’t bother fixing anything you report! Staff also always sitting around people who do awful things in or around the area. Dodgy locks on doors! Staff members brought something new into the room then had a cheek to ask me to install it for them am I not the guest? You do not feel safe staying here at all. I would love to know who owns this place and I will find out. This place should be closed down! Who ever owns it should be ashamed of themselves absolutely disgusting and not to mention disappointed definitely recommend getting your money back make sure you dodge this place!!!!

Pros New management team Staff felt customer focused Great price if you just need a bed or business travel Big TV in each room Great Aircon 24 hour desk Cute large Victorian formal garden next door. Cons Rooms are very compact (but plans are to enlarge and refurb) Mattresses are poor

I was at this Cathedral Hotel I recommend the rooms clean people very nice Stuart general manager nice guy and Josh, Matilda, Jordan, Joe, Danielle, Lynsday very helpful if you need anything I will definitely be back when I am Norwich

Booked a room here based on the photos on Google and agoda where I booked it from. I knew it was a cheap and cheerful hotel but jesus, I've seen better jail cells. The room if you can call it that, was more like a cupboard with a bed and TV in there. Not even enough space to stand up let alone walk around. Checked out within an hour and booked an actual room in a proper hotel elsewhere.

Me and my coligue were so happy staying at the Cathedral Hotel as they have new managment teem! Stuart the new general manager is an amaizing, kind and friendly figure head, and he has a super team including Josh, Matilda, Jordan, Jo, Danielle and Lyndsay! They are great, helpfull and kind team creating a most warm + welcome atmosphere! Hotel is very clean same as rooms, big smart tv with satelite and all apps such as netflix , prime etc..each room has remote air conditioner so its a big + as well! Thank you for all your help, well done + we will be back soon!
