Had a lovely few days, they have adapted to knew and difficult times as well as anywhere could. The hotel is lovely we stayed in a Signature room which was spacious and very clean, with a huge very comfy bed. The hotel grounds are huge and very pretty. We had a lovely walk around the lake and through the grounds. The standard of food was very good everything that should be was hot. The service the staff gave was friendly and extremely good. Would highly recommend this Warner Hotel.

Easy to find, beautiful house in attractive grounds. Easy check in at gate due to covid but Reception a bit slow and Receptionist never made eye contact or spoke any pleasantries. Large room in Courtyard area which was nicely decorated and quiet except it was next to a very noisy staircase which was disturbing. House interior beautiful, bars and staff good but food was a bit bland. Perfectly located to discover North Yorkshire.

We stayed last weekend for a 3 night break. Hotel and staff lovely. However; we did have one or two issues. Because of Covid, check in was done in the grounds. It was pouring down and the gentleman who booked us in could not find our paperwork at first then directed us to the wrong car park. This meant we were wandering around in the rain trying to find our room. Another member of staff appeared and pointed us in the right direction, so we moved the car and found our room. The food was very good, but on 2 of the nights the evening meal was not very warm. It seemed that other people were complaining. Pity really because the food was well cooked, very tasty and obviously good quality ingredients. Being first timers, we were a little surprised that some of the activities were booked up when we tried to book. Very little information in the rooms about when or even how to book. The hotel seemed to be handling the Covid issues well but we did notice one or two people in public areas without masks. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and we will definitely be booking another stay in the near future.

We have just returned today after a 3 night break, The court yard room was lovely the hotel was fabulous, But the Food Was Not good lots of people complaining about the food some food was not hot especially soup no Butter some lady went out and bought her own we like butter on our toast the toast was cheap bread. Never had a decent meal while we were there. On the last night 3. 4 deserts had been took of the mere Felt sorry for the waiters because they were having to tell guests what their was . Entertainment Comedian and Connie very good the rest not so good seen better in a working mans club . Not worth the MONEY STAYED IN BETTER HOTELS FOR LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE LIKE DOUBLE TREE HYLTON CHEFF NEEDS TO GET GORDON RAMSEY IN.

Lovely place. Room was well planned with good lighting so able to read with ease. Walk in shower was great. Safe in bottom of wardrobe was the only bad point. Food was good but sometimes over cooked and not always hot. Grounds Lovely and well kept. Lots of wild life to see and watch. Love the little doors in trees. This was our first visit to a Warners hotel but will not be the last. Even with covid restrictions we had a great time.
