My partner & I and my mother and dog stayed here for 5 nights. From the moment we arrived to the second we left we enjoyed everything. Relaxing quite & peaceful.Lodge was perfect, had everything you needed and more. The surrounding area was excellent for dog & us. Sutton Bank & White Horse area brilliant walks. Thirsk lovely place & super pub. Thank you & hope to see you again soon.

Stayed here in March for a weekend with my partner and dog. It was so relaxing. I felt like I was staying in the middle of a park. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful. The cabin was clean and had lovely views onto the gardens. The owner was very friendly. Very enjoyable stay.
Fantastic place lovely and warm welcome. Living accommodation is very nice. Dogs welcome. Perfect place for a nice break. Plenty of wildlife just out side your door. Not a place for a party week just pure relaxation. Local town of thirsk has everything you need and so easy to find. Sutton bank just a few miles down the road for great walking we will be coming back it was worth the 5 hr drive to get here.
Loved it. Peaceful tranquil cosy. Owner a lovely lady. Surroundings beautiful. We would definitely visit again.
