Lovely location. Beautiful rooms. We have a great view. Bed is so comfortable. A mini fridge would be fantastic. Quiet. Staff were quite nice especially when we left our lights on in the car, they came to tell us. Upon check in, staff was helpful and friendly. Reasonable price.
If there was a 5 star plus Premier Inn Thirsk would have got it. From entering to leaving, every member of staff was cheerful, helpful and polite as well as welcoming.
That said we wish that Premier Inn would serve Yorkshire Tea especially in its Yorkshire Hotels, pleeeeeeeze ?

Sadly didn’t grab any piccies was a fantastic hotel! So clean throughout. COVID precautions were 1000%. Breakfast was amazing! Staff were wonderful and so helpful. See you next September PI Thirsk x
It was clean and tidy, what you'd expect from a premier inn. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. A 5 min drive into thirsk. Good value for money, I would definitely recommend .
Nice hotel handily placed for Cleveland Way walks and visits to the coast. The town itself is pretty and the hotel is directly opposite an Aldi supermarket. Good value in a nice part of the UK.
