Rooms clean and tidy, our room 211 had what we think is the generator above it. Wow this can get loud on a night. Limited tea and coffee had to ask for more twice during our 2 day stay. The heating is an electric heater that isn't very good and it gets cold on a morning. No air con for if it gets warm. Overall the biggest bug was the loud generator. Staff seemed friendly.
Only give 5 stars because I can't give more! Spotless!
Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. And next door to a pub. Couldn't ask for more
Great service!
This was our second stay. Our first visit was good, had a drink in the bar in the evening which was pleasant, although rather bright, could do with a bit less light. Slept well and the shower is good. Our most recent stay disappointing. Woken up at 2am by a woman in the corridor who was later joined by a man, this went on with much door slamming and phone calls until after 4am. Complained to members of staff at reception twice, in the morning and at lunchtime. They apologised, but said they knew nothing about it. Very disappointing. It made for a long day and a difficult drive home!
