Brilliant outstanding service by the staff lady by the name of Gill bent over backwards to help us out and Jo hurnes very helpful well done premier Inn on your staff training will definitely choose them again
Staff were very nice. Our room was chilly even with the heating turned up as it switches itself off. We had no spoons in our room and only one towel but no problem getting the missing items from the front desk.
Lovy Hotel with lovely staff. Very friendly. Very helpful due to the circumstances we had to find a hotel quickly Christmas eve due to being evacuated. Would definately reccommend
Staff are very friendly and helpful. We felt very safe and secure especially at this time with the Corona virus around. Cleaning is definitely to a very high standard and beyond. Would definitely recommend this Premier Inn. We will be returning later this year. Thank you once again Wellingborough Premier Inn.
