I recently had my doors and windows replaced by Prestige. I must admit that I hadn't read the reviews when I booked and was extremely concerned when I had the chance to read them. I needn't have worried. I spoke to Keith Hanger as i had questions regarding the work I wanted to have done. He was extremely knowledgeable and his recommendations actually saved me money. The lads turned up for work and were charming and friendly. I was a little worried about having workmen in my home in rhe middle of a pandemic but they all wore full PPE and used hand sanitizer regularly. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Mess was kept to a minimum and the team cleaned up before they left, including sanitising the surfaces they had touched. I am delighted to say that my home, which had looked a little tired and rundown, now looks bright and modern. I cannot recommend Prestige Developments highly enough and would like to say to anybody looking to have work done, don't only go by reviews as some people are just vindictive, look at gallery photos and, if possible try to see previous projects and talk to other customers in the flesh.

I am very impressed with the work done on my home by Prestige Development. Their service was great from start to finish. The gentlemen Carl, Dave and Roy were very polite and explained what they were doing, what I found refreshing was they did not treat me as a stupid older female. Oct 2019 we placed an order after meeting with the owner and sales manager at our home. £1600 deposit was taken and work booked in for early February 2020 we said we had a holiday booked for 1st March Well come February and no phone call from the company so we called and asked when are you coming, told we will look into it and call you back. We got a call back saying Tuesday 25th of February which would give them 4 days to reclad the whole park home.The lady on the phone said I didn’t know it was booked in to be done early February it’s on the other page which I have not looked at. So we had to say no it couldn’t be done then in case there were problems found or bad weather. So a date was set for 17/03/20. 5 men turned up, wife said we have just come back off holiday and my husband has a cough probably from the air conditioning on the plane so he will keep out of your way in the conservatory, no work was being done at all in this area which was totally enclosed from the house. All of them had a cup of tea from the wife and all of them used the bathroom. Next thing the lads are not happy to work, the foreman who is now inside the conservatory talking to us both said because your husband is not well sorry the lads don’t want to stay. The person in charge said it will also take us at least two weeks to do this job not 4 days. My wife said it’s a cough from the plane, he always gets one. So all the materials were left in our back garden restricting our use of the garden. There was no follow up phone call from the company so after two days wife called and asked when are you coming back, only to be told as your husband has COVID 19 the lads didn’t want to be on the job. The wife said he hasn’t got COVID 19 and they were quite happy for all of them to drink out of our cups and use the bathroom It’s now the end of May, some of the lockdown is now lifted and the men are back at work so one of the office staff told us. So we asked to speak to the sales manger who said leave it with me 29/05/20 got a phone call from the owner saying we are not coming to do your work because it’s too far to travel each day. Both the owner and sales manager had been to our home so knew how far it was from their base He said you can buy all the materials from us at cost so who ever you get to do it can use them. We said no thank you because it’s been laid in all this heat for months now and it says do not store in direct sun light. He said ok I’ll give you your money back plus the cost of you having to remove the security cameras twice and the alarm box and having to have them refitted again as had already been agreed. We can come and pick up the materials out of your garden on Saturday 6/06/20 and I will make sure the money is back in your bank before we come, we asked why has it got to be a Saturday said all the vans in the week are out working and got to hire a van in to come and pick up the cladding. Friday 05/06/20 still no money in bank next thing phone call saying coming tomorrow to pick materials up. Wife said no you’re not until the deposit is refunded. I’ll call you back he said, next phone call was from accounts saying would we accept a cheque on the Saturday. (Don’t think so) So don’t trust this company at all, said yes we can do the job in February in four days. In March no way we can do it in that time, it will be at least two weeks. Don’t cough because the workmen will say you have COVID 19 We would have been more than happy to wait for b&b to reopen so the work could have been carried out at a later date but that option was never offered to us. Just we are pulling the contract and you can buy the materials. Saturday morning 7.5 ton lorry arrived, wife said you will never get that round the park the driver said it will be ok next thing he’s gone over a neighbours garden. Total waste of time telling the driver anything. So all the cladding has gone back, now we have to start looking for someone else to do the job, So beware of this company, do not trust a word any of them say.
