Charlies Cottage is the nicest cottage we have stayed in in the UK. It is spacious, well furnished and very comfortable, with heated flooring and has lots of carefully thought about little extras, which make it such a special place to stay. There are 3 great pubs in the village, a post office / shop, lots of coffee shops and some fantastic walks. We were recommended the cottage by a friend, and it was a great recommendation. We shall be back. Thank you Rose and David.

We had a lovely few days staying in Charlie's Stable, we wished we had booked for longer. The accommodation is first class, while we were there we had the pleasure of meeting Rose the owner and found her to be very nice, and she made us feel very much at home. The scenery in the Yorkshire Dales is stunning, the dogs loved it. We highly recommend that any one thinking of staying in that part of the Country should check it out. We have not long returned from our stay there, and we are figuring out when we could go again. Reeth is a beautiful village with several places to eat and a quaint Post Office come food essentials shop there's even an Ice Cream Parlour. Jeff & Ann.

Just read the comments below, and believe them. We've just been in Charlie's Stable for 4 days and it really is excellent. Really well thought out and comfortable, and cosy enough that you're happy to be there even when it rains......which is not unknown. Will certainly be back to enjoy the outdoor facilities in better weather.

Wow wow wow!! Myself and my husband and our dog milo have just returned from a 3 day break away staying at Turbine house Reeth holiday cottages. This place is amazing, immaculately clean with lovely spacious rooms. There was nothing at all we needed to ask for, Rose and Dave have thought of everything to make the stay perfect, like home from home. The village is lovely with lots of places to eat and drink. The views from the cottage are amazing as is the scenery on the many walks you can do. So whether your looking for some chill time or walks and sightseeing I would definitely recommend this place, my only negative is that we didn’t stay longer. We can’t wait to book to go back in the very near future. Thank you Rose & Dave for a perfect little break just what we both needed 👍

Just found this special holiday cottage and had a lovely long weekend there A home away from home By Bill Cowell Nestled closely by the river that flows gracefully through Reeth Sits a home away from home, where you'll find tranquillity and peace Where nothing is left to chance, where your wish is their command So relax, enjoy your surroundings in a cottage that's quite grand Sited by the river is a garden, dedicated just for you Furnished with a fire pit, furniture, and a barbie too Relax and smell the flowers, gaze at the scenery all around Sit back with drink in hand as you listen to the rivers soothing sound We have searched far and wide just to satisfy our needs Now we are truly satisfied, my family are now pleased No one could ask for more, nor fail to be impressed By this home away from home which simply is the best
