Great chilled, relaxing , rural site, family run and owned, Clair n David work 24/7 to make sure site is spot on. Think this is our 7th year on seasonal pitch here, home from home!
We have been a seasonal for the past 7 years here and it is absolutely amazing. Very quiet,lovely location and brilliant hosts Clare and David
Shame you have to give it the 1 star - I’d rate it 0.
Unless you are a single person or mature couple with absolutely zero friends and family I would avoid this military garrison at all costs. Don’t even think of trying to have anyone visit - the furore really isn’t worth it. We were told there was a charge of £1 for visitors - fair enough. What we didn’t expect was a charge for our baby! I mean come on - have some sense about things. It’s not that we are broke by the way - I just think it’s a liberty to charge for a baby to enter. We were made to feel as welcome as a fart in a spacesuit. Our friends have been made to feel even less welcome with a list of rules as long as your arm. Our idea of caravaning and camping is about family time and fun - sadly the owners have different ideas.
