Cliff Farm

Absolutely brilliant site. There really isn’t anything to fault about Cliff Farm. The site is well laid out - one water tap between two units - everything is spotlessly clean and as it should be given the situation with CV19. Toilet block is kept spotless through the day and I am sure the limited access times help with this. Two people allowed in at once so just be sensible! Also has a family / disabled washroom with toilet, shower and hand basin with all the handrails and assistance you could want and an alert system if you’re in trouble. Laundry on site which is reasonably priced should you need to do any (includes an iron !) The pot was area is outdoors but under a canopy roof and is also kept clean. Plenty of hand sanitizer pumps available and a spray disinfectant for use in the shower to clean up after yourself. The site has free fast WIFI- we are on the upper part of the park and have no issues connecting. There are three farm walks of varying distance to stroll around at your leisure. The only point I would note is that you might need some substantial blocks on some pitches for winding down corner steadies on but other than that we struggle to find anything that’s not good here. Tom Jean Rob and Hannah are a credit to the site they run (as well as keeping the working farm running!) and we will definitely return again - more than helpful and fitted us in at very short notice following a very poor experience elsewhere. No issues with mobile signal, tv signal or satellite reception here.

Great place, but need another vehicle if in a motorhome and not fit. Plenty of walks around if able. Will definitely be going again

My new favourite caravan park. Just returned today from 5 nights here, such a lovely park and there are some great farm walks which my 2 labs and my 4 year old enjoyed several times daily. Just one minor issue for me was the ladies shower seemed to do it's own thing, turning itself on and off. My husband reported the same issue in the gents. The problem was very much solved when I instead used the disabled/family room thereafter. Hygiene measures (COVID-19) were second to none, they have really good practices here and this was very reassuring. I would highly recommend. Stunning views and lovely family who run the site at very reasonable prices. We will definitely be back.

Lovely caravan site. Nice spacious hard standing pitches. Some are a little uneven so levelling ramps and blocks for corner steadies may be needed. We stayed on pitch 6 and needed blocks for the rear corner steadies. Due to current restrictions the toilets are only open 7am to 7pm and showers a couple of hours in the morning and evening to allow for deep cleaning. The showers and toilet were very clean and I felt safe using them. Our on board shower is broken so for me clean showers are very important. My daughter enjoyed visiting the horses everyday and wants to go back here again! We visited Whitby which is only a 40 minute drive away. We also visited Northwood Fairy Sanctuary again 40 minute drive away (I've reviewed this too). All in all a lovely trip here and will definitely be coming again.

Beautiful site great location. Peaceful apart from the morning call from early morning wake up call from the cockrel around 04.30 am every morning!!! But on a working farm so if you like a lie in beware!! Otherwise good but tired stay 😴😊
