Good time there, lovely park. Customer service terrible, phoned up saying we were not getting our deposit back due to damage, they then realised they had the wrong person and apologised and said we would be getting it back. To only find today that we are getting our deposit back due to 'damage', photos were taking before and after and there was damage done what so ever, the person was very rude on the phone. This is over 3 weeks since we've visited and only today have they informed of this.
