Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lovely location, accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Dog friendly too. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended booking low Costa mill to anyone. Will definitely come back.
Totally fabulous week away for new year with our friends. Very clean an perfect 4 bed cottage indeed. Lovely pool we had to ourselves most days . Perfect little stream and waterfall right outside window . The hosts live next door in their own house they was so welcoming an friendly . With chickens an goats an horses was the perfect hideaway .
Lovely place to stay, lot's to do on site and not far from Pickering town centre.
Very peaceful stay with beautiful surroundings and the kids loved the pool
Nice location easy to get to all the different places in the north Yorkshire moors, we stayed in Heron and it is not ideal for a tall family, lots of low beams and doorways, but that is the thing about barn conversions. However the shower room needs to be changed, the shower head is fixed so low it was basically only good for washing below my chest unless I crouched down. That combined with the fact it's a very small cubicle make it a squeeze for anyone over 6 foot tall and if you're overweight good luck. It would be better to swap with the 2nd toilet in the bathroom and then make the bathroom a wet room. Overall the owners were friendly but not in the way and the kids liked to visit the animals, you will have a nice time.
