Having stayed at Grouse Hill Park last year for one week in our tent in May and a wooden pod for three nights later on in the year. We decided we would stay two weeks this year as we had such a great time last year. We have just completed a most enjoyable holiday in our tent with electric hookup. With our daughter, her husband and our granddaughter joining us for one week in their tent.
The owners Caroline and Andrew are so very warm, friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them.
The facilities are very clean and adequate. The site offers lovely forest walks and a children's play area.
The site has such a lovely relaxing atmosphere with the tents nicely spaced out.
There are so many places of interest and beauty to visit a short car journey away.
Therefore we can highly recommend the fabulous Grouse Hill Park Site.

We called here for a look round. Its a really quiet site & there seems to be plenty of amenities. The owner Caroline was very friendly & helpful. We couldn't look round the washrooms etc due to covid, hence the 4 star rating.
Fantastic place. We keep our tourer here all year and have weekends and holidays here. The site is quiet and well kept. The other seasonal people are very friendly and there is a real community spirit. Dogs are very welcome. It's our happy place!
A great base to explore Robin Hoods bay and Whitby. The shower and toilets are clean and relatively new, there's also a freezer and laundry room for customer use. It's all good :-)
Great staff, very welcoming. Good site, toilets and showers very clean. Added bonus a pub just off site. Would stay again the next time I'm up this way.
