Wonderful traditional pub nestled in the English countryside. It has two open fires, a hearty menu with plentiful portions and three draft ales. The pub is situated next to a forest walk complete with trails, small waterfall and beach, there's outdoor seating, a garden, car park and a play area for children. What's not to like?
Fabulous pub. I sat outside bathed in sunshine while enjoying a drink and a bite to eat. Just what was needed after a walk. Very pleasant staff who met all our needs. Well worth a visit
Beautiful home cooked food, recommend the steak pie. Lovely secluded location. Covid 19 2 metre distancing in place, hand gel on entering this public house. Staff are so welcoming and friendly, nothing is to much trouble. The pub itself is absolutely beautiful and they do bed and breakfast so book early if you would like to stay there. 👌
Early morning walk along part of the Cleveland Way to Hayburn Wyke Waterfalls. Stopped off at The Hayburn Wyke Inn for a much deserved rest before the easier walk along the old railway line . Staff were friendly and it was table service . Lovely sunny autumn day so we sat outside and enjoyed a couple of drinks . Saw food being served and it looked good. Will be returning for a meal soon
Great pub with excellent food, drinks and atmosphere. All Covid 19 measures in place and operating as they should - everything is fully socially distanced and all the staff and customers seem to be having a great time. Highly recommend!
