Excellent cottage and owner is very welcoming. The garden to the rear is lovely and quiet and very relaxing with the horses in the field. Inside the facilities are excellent with more than sufficient items to save having to fill the car. The chocolate orange in the fridge went down very well with my son.

I only call in at Ivy Grange farm for eggs as it's a good stretch of the legs to get there and such a nice walk. The owner is always very sociable and such a likeable person. I've never stayed in the cottage next door but it does look to be a good place to stay as there are lovely walks around the area and on good days you can see Selby Abbey which is a lovely historical place to visit and has a small cafe.

Carol made us very welcomed cottage lovely and peaceful, all home comforts and little extras, ie wine milk cakes bistuits, great back garden for dogs, fantastic walks, pub, takeouts, restaurent not to far away, sightseeing about 1 to 2 hrs away would Highley recommend ivy cottage and 💯 for the host carol💕💕💕💕💕💕

A perfect holiday. Loved the peace and quiet, watching the ponies and owls. Cottage had everything you need and more. Will definitely be returning. Thanks for such a relaxing time xx
