This is one of my favourite places to eat and the first place I take new visitors. I have never had a disappointing meal and the staff are very friendly. To top it off the live music (covid permitting) is also excellent.
We stopped at the Gordon Arms whilst on our motorbike, we were mmediately welcomed and temp taken . Very comical waiter/barman who looked after us. Food was good value & realistic prices. Place was spotlessly clean and strong emphasis on safety. Will definitely call again.
Exceptionally well set up for distancing and hygiene in the bar restaurant. Still good food menu and atmosphere. Visited for a meal with a dog and baby - able to sit indoors and feel comfortable. We hadn't booked but probably should have as it was the weekend and several tables already reserved.
The guy that serves us here when we have an annual trip to Scotland is absolutely fantastic. We are drawn to the place likely because of the way he interacts with us the customers......fabulous guy. I apologise for not getting/remembering your name sir. You made us (two motorcyclists) a fabulous breakfast 👍
Stopped in here today for a meal, staff really friendly , food was delicious, bigger helping of scampi would have been nice but was very enjoyable. The Belgian waffle was absolutely stunning, I will definitely return!! Thoroughly recommend this hotel for a meal 👍👍
