Had a few meals here and always a pleasant atmosphere. Food is good and the service is very good too. Last meal we had was ordered on the app and it worked perfectly. Order the meals on our smart phone and food and drinks arrive in no time. Staff are very friendly and professional.
The staff served a table that came in after we ordered our soft drinks, yet we were left waiting over 15 minutes. We had to head for a train so couldn't hang about, the staff weren't overly pleasant when a refund was requested so we ended up having to just down it and leave.
Great looking venue, decent food and very good value.
Seem to be encouraging the app for placing orders, which is great. Many tables don’t have table numbers however.
Big building..coffee machine not functional on day of visit.. tables not empty of used plates/ glasses. I understand covid rules and limited staff..but same applies both ways. Customers should also be expecting a cleaner venue

Omg, the toilets are down stairs, totally confused me.
