What a lovely place, we stayed three nights, pitches well spaced out, everything spotless, they really take pride in their site. Games room, DVDs available to borrow. Great pub round the corner and discount on the food. Really didn't want to leave. Look forward to returning.
What a lovely warm friendly welcome we received from Mick! Came over to the van to make sure we were ok and to tell us where everything was! Huge site with really big pitches and free to let our dog exercise up the hill. Stroll into the village that has a pub a country hotel and an Indian restaurant! Discount given at all places just by mentioning we were at the caravan site! Brilliant!!
Would like to echo the previous reviews. A lovely and so very welcoming five pitch site. We stopped two nights as a stopover but wished we had more time to stay longer. The site is very well kept. Very Covid secure, hand sanitiser everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.
Hill crest farm is a well equipped excellent CL on the edge of Barnby Moor all bases of Covid are well covered to make you feel safe.A five minute walk to the nearest pub The White Horse which serves up some freshly prepared meals not Ping meals and 2 hand pull bears plus the run of the mill normal stuff,also The Old Bell a gorgeous 5 star old coaching Inn is worth a visit it takes you back 100 years but tastefully.The site is level and well maintained doggy bin plus bags and recycling also .The owners are very friendly and pay a lot of attention to detail.David&Denise.
Fabulous..Great views..Great location 5 mins walk to 2 pubs.. lovely owners..Great cl site will and have recommended and will be booking again and again..would give it 10/10
