Such a welcoming friendly camp site. Good facilities
A lovely site with great views. The area is beautiful. Unisex toilets (2) and shower room with outside pot wash and taps. It's a relaxed pitch anywhere type of site, maybe a little expensive for what it is and camping neighbours make all the difference to your experience. Unfortunately the first 2 nights they were not nice neighbours but once they left we really enjoyed it!
Camped twice this year with family and will be coming back next year. Wonderful place, relaxed atmosphere.
Great to see the children running free and having fun. A step back in time really, no marked pitches, small Camp fires allowed (just check with Steve- the owner) . no shop, no bar, just camping in a field.
Very relaxing. And Retford is only about a twenty minute walk away with all the usual shops for supplies.
Absolutely fantastic. Loved every single minute of our time at longholme and have already booked again for another break. A brilliant escape from today's technology and allows kids to be kids in the great outdoors.
Bit rough n ready. Friendly atmosphere. Essential facilities on-site.
