Opens and closes whenever it wants. Was looking for a Post Office open on a Saturday. Travelled 8 miles. Should have been open until 17:00. Arrived at 14:30 to see a woman with a parcel trying the door. All an ignorant *** inside could say as explanation was "closed" twice. Shouldn't have a Post Office franchise. I will be contacting Royal Mail.
Terrible service a lot of the time. Poor help except from one lady
Greeted by absolute misery. A old woman at the counter, no manners, rude. Shall conduct any future business elsewhere or online.
Went to collect some Euro's this morning and the new young man that served me was unfriendly in her mannor (no smiles) everything was an effort, I'm sorry but if your working with the public surely you should at the very least have a friendly customer service manor? one very upset angry customer 😡
Really annoyed at the fact the man in the post office tried to rip me off, I had a prepaid envelope and he tried to say I still had to pay for postage??? I didn’t fall for it and then the man became angry at me haha the cheek of him, went to another post office and posted it no problem so be aware of the CON ARTIST I will also report them to.
