Staff obliging. Test and Trace down to customer scanning QR code. Not all that good in my opinion.

We went for a meal on the 10th August 6 adults 1 child we got there and the woman said we was late i booked table for 6 o'clock as we didn't finish work till 5 she said you booked it for 5 I said why would I book a table at 5 when we dont finish work till 6 any way we got seated order our food and drink we got our drinks when it got to 7 clock we asked were our food was one of the staff said we got a few orders we is unstandable but 3 different groups came in after and got there food so by 7 20 pm we asked again and apparently the food order didn't go through which we found a bit strange as we had 2 round of drinks by this time and it was all on the same order when the food came it look like they just chucked on the plate we had no cutlery brought to us so yet again we had to ask we wrote email to you but very disappointed you can't be botherd to reply to us
