Decent Travelodge, shame the only option for breakfast is the 'box' version.
That said there is a bakery and Tesco express right opposite, so easily sorted.
Spent 2 nights while visiting people. Room was clean, good bed, good bathroom and reception was manned when I needed to speak to them.
I support Travelodge as they passed on the hospitality industries vat relief to the customers.
Perfect place to stay. Shops all round and quiet.
Great location, friendly staff and good value for money. Facilities are tired in places (think plumbing), but fair for the price
Clean room, friendly receptionist (Callum), excellent location with Tesco express opposite, a bakery and subway. Great peri peri chicken joint half a mile down called Grillo's. Bathroom floor a bit tired but for the price can't fault it!
stayed for two weekends as was working in the area an upon inital arrival we had great difficulty with our booking as it was cancelled by Travellodge because of covid, but not reinstated as they wern't closed but luckily Tracey on front desk was extremelly helpful and attentive with resolving the issue an managed to fix our booking hassle free on both visits great customer service. Rooms very clean and covid friendly and a Tesco express and subway a stones throwa away.
