Firstly I just want to say that Laura the manager has made this stay what it was, 5 Stars! This is one of the best places we've ever stayed this includes five star hotels abroad. *Remember it's a guest house not a hotel.) which in my eyes is even better! yes you don't get a breakfast or a dinner available to order but you do have two fully kitted out kitchens that you are more than welcome to use. We got absolutely amazing service and advice regarding where we were, what to do. Not only this, I got talking to Laura, and mentioned it was my wife's birthday the following day, this was around 5 p.m. not more than 5min before the family were going out. We returned around 9:30 to find a balloon on a stick saying happy birthday. Also a bottle of bucks Fizz and a card for Claire's b day. This was such a big gesture and a brilliant one at that! WE WILL BE BACK 😊👍

Newly refurbished, top quality hotel. Two good size self service kitchens. Better than one of the major chain hotels.
