Ideal location only 8 minutes from Durham Centre but also far enough that it felt like a country retreat. 3 different restaurants to dine and a bar and also complimentary use of the pool which was a nice touch. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfy! Will definitely return.
I played on a Friday with a friend of mine who is a member.
The weather wasn't the best as it rained heavily for around an hour or so.
It did no spoil the round though.
The greens are in superb condition and the back nine offer some lovely views of the local countryside.
There is also a par 3 course and a crazy golf as well as a driving range.
The clubhouse and shop are very nice and well equipped and all staff members made sure everyone has a good time.
I will definitely be playing again.
Driving range was great fun. Great facility. Staff were really helpful.
We went to the mini golf inside the main golf area. Assuming the staff are all part of the same group, they were very good. Clear and concise instructions provided. Car park was plenty spacious for golfers, however I cannot comment on the main golf facilities so my review remains at 3 stars
We went as a family early evening. We hsd to check in at the main building. The course itself is great and we enjoyed it until it got dark and we could hardly see what we were doing. Lights were turned on all around us in the car park but not on the course itself. Very disappointing
