Booked for 6.30 then made to wait over an hour and twenty minutes for pie and chips! The pub was not busy yet customers who had come in and ordered after us were served their food , not impressed with the food either,cooked better myself!!!

Pub section is good. Food is poor. Went for a family meal with relatives who had travelled. The steak tasted like old musty fridge. There was no sauce, around 8-10 chips and 2 onion rings. My auntie had the bangers and mash, came with no carrots, no gravy and the mash was still frozen in the middle. I asked for carrots and they seemed to microwave some and bring them out, it was very odd. 2 kids had pizza meals, which was just a pita bread with tomato puree on and cheese. Ended up having a refund on the entire meal. The bar staff are friendly and good pub atmosphere, however the food is no go.

Silly response from the landlady about my well trained dogs I. E. Not leads apparently some people might be afraid of dogs couldn't get my head around it. So so I said bye bye you won't see me again she replied that's up to you?
