Nestled amongst a residential site a well kept field designated for tourers and campers. Only having 2 toilets and 1 shower for ladies and same for men i would imagine in the height of the season this could pose a problem for some, could benefit from additional toilets and showers but having said that, this site is immaculately clean and well kept. Walking distance to Asda, KFC, fish restaurant a lovely pub and a short drive into Mansfield town centre. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Super campsite. Initially being tourers we were a little apprehensive entering the site passed the statics but what a lovely find The wardens could not have been more helpful. The toilet blocks were spotless Spacious pitches Great location. Only one minor issue whilst we were there -the free WiFi didn't work but overall a great find and we will be returning Thank you

The mobile home area as you go into the park I have no issues with however the camping and caravanning areas I do. Seasonal pitch cost is 475 if paid monthly which is a extremely high mark up on the 3600 annual paid upfront fees. Robbing of the people the owner has on site permanently ( despite what his website says) and who are in a position of not having other housing to turn to. The wardens seem to be constantly fire fighting arguments between the pitch holders and the employee with the dog in the corner who obviously works for the owner whilst still claiming benefits. Wardens are lovely very supportive and helpful. Employee is a nosey Parker and constantly fuelling non important issues between campers and owners. He thinks he has authority,but he does not. Its such an shame as the site is lovely, the owners of the so called holiday caravans at the bottom( who do live there permanently) are also a law unto themselves and think they have a say in running the place. Get rid of the employee and the so called holiday owners who have nothing better to do all day than complain and the site would be so so much better. I do not recommend anything other than a short visit of a couple of days. If this is all you require then this is fine.

Had a lovely weekend very clean toilets and showers, great pitch size and the people that run it are so friendly and helpfull. Would highly recommend this site
