Does what it says on the tin, pub food.
They fitted us in when they were busy, served us and then bought the food out pretty quickly. Food was fine, nothing amazing. Although the lady serving us was fine, professional, she gave the impression that she was short tempered. Answering questions irritably (e.g. Is there a kids menu? No taxing questions). Not somewhere we'll be rushing back to.
Great place for drinks but even better for food. Incredible. One of the best pubs for food in Nottinghamshire. Sunday roasts are awesome and other meals are equally outstanding. Get in here and get the food in your mouth. It's amazing.
Beautiful food and friendly service. Val and Josh behind the bar are lovely.
Defo recommend if your in Southwell to stop by for a bite to eat. 😊
