This is a place I meet a good friend once a year. And it was as good, if not better than previously, this time round. My fish and chips were excellent. And the chocolate brownie gorgeous. Screens between tables, sanitiser etc.
Had heard a lot of good things so drove out of our way to eat here but unfortunately was not really worth the effort. Food was mediocre in general but I have to say the pork belly was the fattiest I have ever tasted and was just not enjoyable.
Service was OK on the whole but not consistent as one waiter was friendly and helpful whereas the other just gave off the vibe of someone who couldn't be bothered and didn't care.
Wish my review could be better but unfortunately you have to try harder
Excellent location and lovely food.
Excellent food and presentation restaurant has good social distancing provision, screens between tables.
Speed of service for main course could have been improved on this occasion. Service for drinks and desserts excellent.
Full of.very strange people.... could be due.to.impending.lock.down.
