Iconic location. Iconic pub. Covid rules well observed. But by God, it would be nice to see a smile from the staff occasionally, or recognition of someone who has been here several times. I am disappointed. And when you order breakfast, it would be nice to be offered condiments. Why should I have to search for them? By the time I found a staff member and they found some salt, my (previously excellent) breakfast was cold. Shape up. Let's have some customer service rather than what seems like sullenness.
Pretty decent. Trent Bridge is a great location for sporting events, so obviously can get very busy. Nice layout and often has a decent range of cask ales on the go. A few rooms including the toilets are all on one floor.
Well managed re virus. Front door managed to ensure you track and trace. Download app to place order and pay. Highly recommended to use app.
Went for breakfast this morning, beans were cold,sausage was just warm.
Latte was only warm.
Not be going again
It was an early morning visit.we had to do all the covid things as you walk in ( rightly so) they showed us to our seat took our orders. The breakfast came within 10-15 mins. All good 👍👍
