Stayed in a premium pod everything was excellent great staff quite neighbours toilets were clean showers was clean nice walk to the lake at midnight they have a pub and a cafe here but we got a delivery which is quite difficult I recommend ringing up to get a delivery the only bad thing was around the lights in the pod and outside the pod was like a nest of small flying insects which was not too bad. Definitely would come again worth the £70 great comfy sofa bed and great double bed so thank you for the stay.
The site itself is good and they are on top of cleaning etc. The only reason I'm giving them 1 star is because we had an awful night last night. There was a group close to us that were up all night falling out and fighting. The police arrived twice once with a police dog. Even the kids were out fighting with adults at 4 in the morning. This itself is not the campsites fault but the fact they appeared to nothing is. When we left at 10am when we should they were still there drinking and arguing. If they won't uphold their own rules then we will not be returning. If it is acceptable to act like this on their site then we do not want to go back. It's a shame as it could be a really good place.
Was really clean and the ground itself was kept really well toilets were clean and always full of loo roll too only thing i would say is staff were not helpful or friendly if needed but everything was clear so were not needed ,would definately go again was a really nice caravan park!
It was just lovely, clean, tidy and welcoming place. Would recommend.
Came home today after a 3 night stay, no complaints, social distancing was in place with pitches spaced apart allowing more privacy, standard toilet block and showers but for price it was a bargain. Been before and we will be back.
