I can’t recommend this place enough. The customer service from James was genuinely first class. I went in with an example of a tile my wife wanted for our bathroom (which was expensive) and James helped me through all similar options. He sent me home with a tile to show my wife and to cut a long story short I saved over £1000 for a very similar tile! It’s not just about the prices though, as I said, the customer service was superb from James and the other guys in the shop seemed great. I am completely ignorant when it comes to tiles, grout etc and it was refreshing to be given the time & patience and have all options explained to me. Thanks Tile Giant Nottingham!
