Beautiful family place to eat. staff chat with customers. Very welcoming and food is amazing.

Sunday roast was less than poor. Had to send it back to be reheated, poor quality ingredients, meals arrived at separate times, no cutlery laid out until at least 5 entire minutes after meal was served. The only saving grace after telling the waitress that I wasnt prepared to pay was the nice manner it was handled in.

Fantastic food (Carvery), outstanding price, great staff and lovely environment. We will definately be going again.

Great Proper Pub. One of the few pubs left that don't belong to a chain. Fab food, especially Sunday carvery which is just like it's cooked by your mum. Homemade yorkies too! Food off the menu has real homemade chips, not frozen. Very friendly staff and landlord and Landlady ...love this pub.
