Trying to be too up market, charging London prices. Very limited main menu. Customer service could have been better, as had to wait a long time for veg to arrive to go with meal. Though staff was friendly.

A very disappointing visit. I came here 2 weeks ago with my partner and his family. They had booked a table a week in advance ask for a vegetarian menus (three of us being vegetarian) and a table in the bar area. This was all agreed on this phone call. We then called again 3 hours before the booking to add another person to the table, taking it up to 4 of us. When we arrived about 5 minutes early, noticing there was no table set. We told the gentleman at the bar we had a booking, who then told us the floor staff would talk to us about the vegetarian menu and show us to our seats. We stood there for about 5 minutes, which we were happy to wait! When a member of floor asked us for the name of the booking, which we gave and were then told we hadn't booked. Another 5/10 minutes later after 3 of us had spoken to the member of staff, he then said 'arh yes, Quirke for 8:00, updated to 4, OK' He then proceed to walk away, and we chose the only table left in the bar area. About 10 minutes later, a member of floor staff set the table around us, not saying anything. A further 15 minutes went by with nothing said to us, at this point we decided to leave due to there being very little for the vegetarians of our group to choose from. This caused a disagreement with a member of floor staff who insisted he had spoken to us about the vegetarian menu and had a table set up for us before we arrived. I am honestly shocked at the obvious lies of the member of staff, due to none of the 4 of us hearing anything and him obviously setting the table round us. I will not go back.
