The chalets at Spindlewood are large, warm, well equipped and well thought out. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and the owners were very pleasant and eager to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!
Had a lovely 5 nights in cabin 7, 10/10 on everything what a beauiful place to unwind and watch the world go by with stunning views of the Tor and surrounding areas will definitely be back... thankyou xx
In the midst of Covid chaos a small perfectly formed place to relax. A lodge that is clean has everything you need and where you can sit on an evening listening to the world. Sandra and Tony are doing an amazing job keeping the site clean and tidy, the only real downside is due to social distancing we could never meet, mobile phones the modern-day pain in the backside that have now come into their own. From an update on arrival times to being told come when you're ready. Close enough to Glastonbury, Wells, and Cheddar. An abundance of wildlife, even a chicken made its appearance. Hopefully, this is one for a revisit.
Lovely location and views. New owners made it very welcoming. Tons of open spaces and a deer visiting us every evening! Magical
Can't fault the lodge. Very peaceful and quiet with lovely views. Just a shame you can't let the dog run on the field as dog walking area very small.
