What a great escape this was! Covid safe. We were made to feel very welcome. Staff were very accomodating. Massage from Kitty was glorious. Room was very pleasant and the spa facilities were excellent. Didn't enjoy the wild boar terrine but that's just probably personal preference. Breakfast was on point
I stay in a lot of hotels for work . Found staff on desk to be abrupt and rude . Room was not ready even though we arrived 3 hours after check in time . Bedding was dirty room even though the deluxe room had dirty skirting boards and floor and dirt on it . Outside seating area to our room was dangerously slippery and mouldy .Meal was only satisfactory soup was tasteless. Expected to pay extra for spa after paying a lot for one room . Never had to do this even in 5* hotels the only plus was the morning staff and breakfast :( disappointed
What a great escape! Spa facilities EXCELLENT. Massages from Paula and Kitty were sublime! Food in restaurant was delicious. Definitely going back.
Felt very COVID Safe, we were well looked after and the food was first class. Highly recommended we will visit again.
Had a lovely overnight stay, staff friendly and helpful. Lovely room. Facilities good. Had a very relaxing massage from kitty and Morina. Only downside was the food, as a vegetarian I only had one option for dinner which was vegetable risotto. And breakfast we were offered tea or coffee, juice, toast and 4 choices of breakfast we later found out that others had been offered fruit and danish pastries. No one came and asked if everything was ok or offered more tea/coffee.
