Food was good, service a bit slow

We booked a table for my sons birthday. But when we arrived there was no reservation for us. Although the waitress did manage to shuffle the tables around to accommodate us. We were asked to download the app to order drinks and food but it wouldn't work properly so they had to serve us at the table. Food was OK nothing special just run off the mill mostly processed foods. They must have shares in a pea farm as every plate had a huge amount on. Even the pasta dish. It was reasonably priced for what we had. But wouldn't have wanted to pay much more for the quality of the meals.

Went here for a family meal to celebrate a birthday, social distancing was fine, all staff wearing masks and customers have to wear them until seated. Table service is provided so no need to move once seated. Great price, great food, great times!

What can I say. The staff were nice and friendly but the food was a let down. Simple to order a d came out quickly, but on this occasion, to quickly. Chicken pie was cold so sent it back. Fresh one arrived somehow colder than the first one!! As an apology we were given free desserts, only for the custard to be cold!! This was our second bad GREENKING experience in a matter of days. I really don't understand how a chef doesn't know how to cook hot food. The friendly staff doesn't make up bad food, which is the main reason we went in the first place. It may have been busy, but that's not an excuse!

Went into The Rosewood just before they closed at the start of November with some friends. Karl and his team were outstanding. The host was very friendly on the door, filling us in with the latest COVID rules. The bar tender who took our order was helpful with assisting what they recommended to eat. Food came out perfectly cooked and even had a waitress come and check on our food to make sure everything was alright. Definitely looking forward to coming back to the pub when they reopen! Thankyou Team Rosewood!😊
