Such a beautiful pub! Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. The food is always delicious, which is evident in how busy the pub is, I'd definately recommend booking a table in advance. Good ales and selection of lagers, wines and spirits. We love this place. And it's dog friendly!!!

Truly sublime food! We thought we would go as part of the 'Eat out to help out' scheme and boy, it really didn't disappoint! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, proper precautions were in place for following guidelines around social distancing. The food was beautiful, I had the award winning sausage roll to start, I can tell you, I can see why it won an award! A fantastic dining experience, great atmosphere, great staff and magnificent food, what more could you ask for! Thank you Bower Inn.

We stayed at the Bower Inn whilst on a mini roadtrip and I would highly recommend the venue. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our "comfy" double was a lot bigger than I had expected! Bedding and pillows were very comfortable. We had a room on the ground floor overlooking a lovely green pasture, which was lovely to wake up to. During these tough times all hygiene measures were in place and we felt very comfortable. Breakfast was so good, freshly cooked and ample - only wish we had stayed longer so I could have tried more on the menu! We also ate at the Inn in the evening and the menu had some tasty dishes and a great drinks selection. In conclusion a great place to stay and eat.

Loved this hotel. Very homely and rustic. The staff were very attentive and polite. The food was exceptional. Breakfast was plentiful with lots if choice. Vegan and GF options too. Restaurant meals were also amazing. Rooms were good. Superior kingsize with seating area and Japanese plunge bath. One or two little niggles.. bathroom ceiling needs slight attention and also the sealant around the shower. Everything else was great! Thank you Bower Inn for a lovely stay.
