Absolutely amazing service, spacious/comfy rooms and great food. We could not have asked for better. We encountered an emergency on our way home and we were not from the area, we was able to get a room last minute at midnight, the staff were so so helpful from the minute we arrived to the moment we left and so utterly caring. Every staff member we encountered should pride themselves on how amazing their service was to us as it was second to none. Thank you so much for your hospitality. 15th Dec/16th Dec

The Manor has excellent social distancing and cleaning procedures in place. The food is good and there's a decent range of wines and other drinks. Some of the staff are very friendly and helpful and engage well with the customers.

£79 a night to sleep in a very outdated and dirty room, with a very small single bed, a shower that didn’t work and damp throughout does not warrant the price in my eyes. On a positive note, the staff are very polite and friendly, Covid restrictions are in place and the breakfast was nice. I would definitely not recommend staying here though, not even for a much lower price than the £79. For the same type of money (or half the price) you can stay in a much more modern hotel/rooms within the town centre of Yeovil. Possibly the worse hotel I have stayed in on room appearance. (Even for the vintage type of hotels). Update... with regards the managers reply (below), I rang back as per the request and we had a chat this afternoon. It didn’t really change anything regarding my rating on the overall hotel experience but again it goes to show the staff are not the problem here. I still stand by my rating on the overall experience and the way way way over priced £79 of my hard earned cash that room cost. I still feel very disappointed and feel as if I’m £79 out of pocket in the bigger picture.

A lovely pub, decorated really well with some lovely food! Especially around Christmas times a great treat!

I was old that the Manor has been running as a hotel for almost 100 years. The very friendly and helpful staff follow the current social distancing very well! It's restaurant menu is good for value and we enjoyed our meals each day. Need to book in advance though! We loved the live music evening held on Saturday the 29th August. Lots of historical photographs and various planes from the war time around each room.
