came in on the 18/09/2020 the new menu is stunning and can honestly say the mixed grill was to die for i had outstanding service from when i enterend the pub to be seated by the door man a pleasant young chap, to when ordering my food, the people on the bar were lovely and create a lovely atmoshpere to this pub and its great to see a pub safe monitor cleaning everywhere you look. can honestly say this will be becoming my local ! well done the coopers mill team!

I have eaten here a few times and it was great! The atmosphere is lovely! All staff are really friendly and helpful and the food Is delicious! Always enjoy coming in for a bite to eat!

Food wasn’t particularly good, took a long time to arrive, didn’t taste fresh...ordered a desert to try and override the after taste took another 30 mins for ice cream and 2 reminders at the bar customer service was the bare minimum. Sharing Pudding turned (1) spoon ...? Asked for another’ gave up waiting, If you are hungry and looking for someplace to eat & this place pops up on your google maps 🚫avoid🚫 🚫stay away🚫 Best not experienced.

I have avoided this pub due to its bad reputation for a long time but decided to pay it a visit as was walking through nine springs and was a bit peckish I can say I was so surprised of how far this place has come the food was amazing and I can honestly say it was the best roast I have had in a long time the staff are all new and so good at their jobs it was lovely and fast service and the covid precautions are probably the best I've seen on my travels, I will definitely be coming back as the management have really turned it around and the service I received at the bar from Louise was amazing and the lady who brought my food over was very kind and checked back with me to make sure everything was okay and it was! I believe her name was Charlene - or something like that I would recommend giving this pub ago even if you have been avoiding it it really does outshine its expectations
